Sarah Cairns

Sarah Cairns has extensive experience in treasury and payment solutions within BMO, where roles have included Senior Advisor and Manager, Senior Manager in Change Management, Senior Initiative Manager, and several program and client service management positions from 2005 to the present. Notable achievements include developing strategies for online customer experience alignment, leading the migration of over 40,000 business customers to enhanced services, and launching integrated cash management offerings. Prior experience includes client support at the Department of National Defence and a Senior Sales Associate role at Black's Photography. Educational credentials include a BComm in Marketing and Finance from Ryerson University and a Business Marketing Diploma from Algonquin College.
