Andrea Millbank

Andrea Millbank is a seasoned professional in change management with extensive experience in leading change initiatives across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Change Manager at NFU Mutual since September 2020, Andrea focuses on business outcomes and the long-term adoption of change initiatives. Previous roles include Change Management Consultant for a Pan-European SAP Programme at Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd., Business Change Lead for the SAP S/4HANA Project at SUEZ UK, and Implementation Team Leader at Tata Steel, where Andrea was responsible for a large-scale business transformation program. With a solid educational background, including a BEng (Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Birmingham and various SAP certifications, Andrea has also contributed to significant projects for clients such as JCB, GlaxoWellcome, and local government entities.
