Sean Speake

Sean Speake has extensive experience in instructional design and learning engagement, currently serving as Senior Manager for Learning Engagement and previously as Senior Manager for Learning Design & Development at BMO since April 2017. Prior to this, Sean was a Co-Facilitator for the Rapid Elearning Development module at the Schulich Executive Education Centre from January 2015 to March 2017 and worked as an Instructional Designer at Benchmark Performance from August 2010 to March 2017, specializing in e-Learning development with tools such as Articulate and Captivate. Additional roles include being a Guest Instructor at George Brown College and past positions at Industry Canada, Veritude, Expedia, and SkillSoft. Sean holds a Masters Certificate in Adult Training & Development from the Schulich School of Business and has pursued further education at institutions including the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education and George Brown College.
