Steven Pare

Steven Pare is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management within the banking and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of I&CB Finance at Bank of Montreal since November 2009, Steven oversees financial management for the global Investment and Corporate Banking business. Previous roles include Lead Finance Officer for both Capital Markets Operations and Technology Development Finance, where responsibilities encompassed planning, forecasting, and performance management. Prior to rejoining Bank of Montreal, Steven held the position of Senior Director of Business Management at CIBC from January 2005 to March 2009, focusing on IT outsourcing governance and asset management. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Finance at Sprint Canada and Senior Manager in Finance and Strategic Procurement at Bank of Montreal. Steven earned an MBA in Business Administration from McMaster University.
