Taj Dhadwar

Taj Dhadwar is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in IT and business analysis, currently employed at BMO since October 2024. Prior to this role, Taj held consulting positions at Loblaw Companies Limited and BMO Financial Group, contributing to the development of strategic IT roadmaps, application portfolio management processes, and enterprise capability models. With a strong background in business systems analysis, Taj has successfully liaised with stakeholders, managed proof of concept projects, and built business partner relationships. Earlier career roles include business analysis in both public service and private sectors, with foundational experience in change management and workstation testing. Taj graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from The University of Westminster in 1998.
