Jennifer Nodes

Jennifer Nodes has extensive work experience in employment law and litigation. Jennifer currently holds the position of Managing Director, US General Counsel at BMS Group, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Jackson Lewis P.C. from 2014 to 2022, where they held roles such as Principal, Experienced Employment and Labor Attorney, and Workplace Trainer. Jennifer also worked as an Employment and Labor Attorney at Best & Flanagan from 2013 to 2014. Jennifer's earlier experience includes being a Lead Employment and Labor Attorney at Eckberg Lammers from 2007 to 2013, where they represented and counseled employers on various employment-related matters. Jennifer has also served as the Executive Director of the Minnesota General Crime Victim Coalition in 2006 and worked as a Judicial Clerk in the Fourth Judicial District, Juvenile Division from 2005 to 2006.

Jennifer Nodes has a Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from North Dakota State University. Jennifer completed their high school education at Moundsview High School.
