Sophie Wallace

Sophie Wallace is an experienced professional in the field of M&A insurance, currently serving as Director of Private Equity, M&A, and Tax at BMS Group since January 2020. In this role, Sophie assists various stakeholders, including legal advisors, private equity firms, and corporates, in navigating transactions and leveraging M&A insurance solutions. Prior positions include Divisional Director at BMS Group, Vice President at Paragon International Insurance Brokers Ltd, and Travel Consultant at Round the World Experts. Sophie began a legal career as a Trainee Solicitor and Risk Assistant at CMS Cameron McKenna, following a degree in Law from the University of Sussex.
