Lavinia Grosu

Lavinia Grosu is a Human Resources Specialist at BMT Aerospace since February 2022, having previously held the position of HR Intern. Prior experience includes serving as a Medical Receptionist at Arcadia - Spitale și Centre Medicale from December 2021 to January 2022 and volunteering as a Student Volunteer in the HR Department at Liga Studentilor de la Stiinte Social Politice from October 2018 to October 2020. Lavinia Grosu earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Employee Training Evaluation and Psychological Counseling at the same university since October 2021.
