Blanca Tovar Horcajo

Blanca Tovar Horcajo is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as an HRBP for Zara Womenswear and part of the People Team at Inditex since March 2018. Prior to this role, Blanca worked as an HRBP Assistant at Johnson & Johnson from April 2017 to March 2018 and gained early experience as a Sales Assistant at Inditex's Pull And Bear and as a student intern at Enresa. Blanca holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Master’s degree in International Human Resources Management from London South Bank University, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Grado en Derecho from Universidad Diego Portales.
