Mihaela started their career as a Marketing Consultant Trainee at InfoCom GmbH from 2001 to 2002.
Mihaela Bejenaru obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management from Al. I. Cuza - FEAA, Iasi in the years 1997 to 2001. Mihaela then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institution from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they acquired a Diploma in Executive Coach from TCP Italy during the academic year 2010-2011.
