Warren Taylor is the Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer at BM Technologies. Warren has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, including positions at Sovereign Bank and Customers Bank.

Warren began their career at Sovereign Bank in 1989, where they eventually became President of the NJ Division. In this role, they were responsible for growing the market from nothing to an $8 billion market over 16 years. This growth was achieved through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions of other banks.

In 2009, Warren left Sovereign Bank to join Customers Bank as President of Community Banking. In this role, they were responsible for growing deposits from $160 million to $1.8 billion in 3 years. Warren also oversaw the expansion of the branch network and the introduction of new delivery channels, such as social media.

In 2013, Warren co-founded BM Technologies, a division of Customers Bank that specializes in providing mobile banking solutions. BM Technologies has since become one of the leading providers of mobile banking solutions in the US.

Warren Taylor graduated from Saint Joseph's University with a BS in Accounting. Warren also has certification from Satmatrix in Net Promoter Score.

Warren Taylor reports to Luvleen Sidhu, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Robert Diegel - COO, Bob Ramsey - CFO, and Andrew Crawford - Chief Commercial Officer.
