Christian Wiethe

Christian Wiethe is a specialist in risk management at BMW Bank GmbH since December 2022. Prior to this role, Christian Wiethe worked as a research associate with an academic degree at both Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Information Technology and the Competence Center for Finance & Information Management from August 2019 to September 2022. Earlier experience includes a position as a financial engineer at Assenagon Asset Management S.A. in 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance & Information Management from the Technical University of Munich, an international research phase in Operations Research at the Norwegian School of Economics, a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, and an exchange semester in Mathematics at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
