Len Rayburn has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Len started their career as a Designer at Texarkana Printers in 1994 and then worked as a Community News Editor at Batesville Daily Guard. Len then served as a Director of Communications, Editor, and Webmaster at Kappa Sigma Fraternity, where they managed various aspects of publication production and management. Later, they joined WeAlumni.com as a Web Architect. Len also worked at JAM Communications as a Director of Technology and Senior Designer, where they created designs for marketing materials and oversaw the company's technology infrastructure. Len then founded their own company, WLRCreative, LLC, where they provided marketing, web, and graphic design services for a wide range of clients. Currently, Len is working as a Creative Director at BMW Car Club of America, where they are responsible for managing branding, design and production of magazines, and coordinating media efforts across different platforms.
Len Rayburn attended Genoa Central from 1976 to 1987, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Len then enrolled at Lyon College from 1987 to 1991, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in English/Public Relations. Finally, they attended the University of Florida from 1991 to 1993, earning a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communications/Public Relations.
BMW Car Club of America
The BMW Car Club of America (BMW CCA) is an U.S.-based organization of enthusiasts and owners of BMW-made automobiles. Organized into five regions and 67 chapters, the club boasts more than 75,000 active members within the United States, making it the largest car club in the world. The BMW CCA arranges a wide variety of social, technical and driving events, including: autocross, high-performance driver's education, rallies, club racing and owner education on topics such as mechanical repair, automotive maintenance and collecting vintage vehicles. Founded in Boston in 1969, the organization began as an owner-support network for BMW 2002 enthusiasts. BMW CCA is a separate entity from BMW AG and its North American subsidiary. However, they maintain a close working relationship, by offering discounts on vehicles and parts provided to club members by the company. Currently headquartered in Greenville, SC, the BMW CCA is a not-for-profit corporation, governed by an elected board of directors that meets quarterly. Five Regional Vice Presidents, who serve on the board, represent the interests of the chapters. Each chapter is an independent corporation chartered by BMW CCA and operates within with minimum standards of service to the membership.
