Rogier Besselink

Rogier Besselink is an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Coach with a diverse background in software testing and project management. Currently serving as a Scrum Master for three teams at BMW Financial Services Nederland since January 2024, Rogier also operates as a Scrum Master at Besselink IT. Previous roles include Agile Coach at Infomedics and Scrum Master positions at a.s.r., EQUANS, SUPERP, and Connecthing Group. With a foundation in functional testing and QA analysis, Rogier has successfully implemented agile working methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence across various organizations. Educated at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, Rogier holds a bachelor's degree in Communications and is pursuing another bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education. Rogier's early education includes a vocational degree in HR from ROC van Twente.
