Jill Paton

Jill Paton is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the automotive finance and luxury vehicle sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing and External Communications at BMW Financial Services (GB) Ltd since January 2022, Jill oversees a large marketing team and manages all aspects of marketing, external communications, and public relations. Prior to this role, Jill held various significant positions at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars from April 2008 to December 2021, including Global Brand Communications Manager and Global Dealer Marketing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed strategic direction, campaign management, and dealer network support. Earlier experience includes roles at BMW Motorrad UK, Alphabet International, and participation in BMW Financial Services' Graduate Management Programme. Jill holds a Master of Science in Marketing, a Postgraduate Degree from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and a Bachelor of Arts in Languages and International Trade.
