Glen Bayliff

Glen Bayliff is an experienced project executive with a robust background in real estate development, project management, and construction. Currently serving as Project Executive at BNBuilders since August 2022, Glen previously held the position of Assistant Vice President of Real Estate Development at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. and Associate Director of Global Real Estate and Construction at Illumina. Glen's extensive experience includes significant roles at RQ Construction, Swinerton Builders, and Marine Corps Installations West, overseeing diverse teams and managing projects with total construction costs up to $70 million. Glen’s early career involved key engineering and project management functions at Reaveley Engineers + Associates and Smith, Layton & Associates Architects. Glen holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Utah and completed training at The Basic School in Quantico, VA.
