Jeanette Haugen

Chief of Product Development at BNG Design

Jeanette Haugen has extensive experience in product development, quality assurance and software development. Jeanette began their career in 1993 as a SQA Analyst at Great Plains Software, where they were a functional tester for Microsoft Profit and Payroll for Profit and Dynamics GP for versions 1.36 to 6. Jeanette then moved to Microsoft in 2001 as a Senior Program Manager, engaging with Dynamics AX customers and partners to get feedback on pre-release and released features. In this role, they also worked closely with Global Financials Management and Human Capital Management feature program managers. In 2005, they became a Senior Design Engineer in Test Lead, leading a team of 3-5 Software Design Engineer in Tests (SDETs) located in Redmond, WA and Copenhagen, Denmark. Jeanette was responsible for ensuring the quality of hotfixes for Dynamics AX 4.0, AX 2009 and AX 2012 in the Global Financials Management and Supply Chain Management area. In 2015, they joined Intelligent InSites as a Quality Assurance Manager, leading a multi-discipline team in delivery of features for next generation reporting stack on Panorama Necto, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Jeanette also led testing and development for remote offshore development teams and was responsible for iteration and release planning. In 2020, they joined ConnectBooster as the Chief Software Development Officer. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Kaseya as a Product Executive.

Jeanette Haugen received an Associate of Science (A.S.) from Williston State College in 1991. Jeanette then attended the University of North Dakota, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics in 1993.
