Nickolas Van Beek has over 15 years of work experience in the technology field. Nickolas began their career in 2007 as a Technology Sales Consultant at OfficeMax, where they assisted and advised customers on technology products. In 2014, they moved to Sanford Health as a Help Desk Specialist, providing phone-based tier 1 technical support for software, hardware, and network troubleshooting. In 2016, they joined VMC as a Premier SharePoint Online Support Engineer, providing service request-based tier 2 technical support for Premier SharePoint Online Multi-tenant clients. In 2018, they joined Marco Technologies as a Support Desk Specialist Tier II, managing IT Tier 2 Support for Desktop and Cloud environments. Currently, they are a ConnectBooster Technical Support Specialist at BNG Team.
Nickolas Van Beek is currently enrolled in Information Technology at Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
