Alifia Puspita

Alifia Puspita has diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Alifia currently holds the position of Head of Alternative Distribution and Agency Support at BNI Life, specializing in employee benefits and group insurance. Prior to this role, they served as the Acting Head of Employee Benefit Aldist and Agency support within the same company. Before joining BNI Life, Alifia worked at Avrist Assurance as an EB Customer Service Assistant Manager from 2018 to 2020. Alifia also gained experience at Tokio Marine Group, where they served as a Group Customer Relations Supervisor from 2015 to 2018. Alifia's insurance career began at GREAT EASTERN, where they worked in Group Insurance Customer Care from 2014 to 2015.
