Moa Haar-Simmonds has a solid background in contact center and service operations management. Moa worked at ANZ as a Team Manager from 2006 to 2008 before moving to Qantas, where Moa held various positions including Contact Centre Supervisor, Operations Manager, International Contact Centre Manager, and Manager, Global Contact Centres from October 2008 to February 2023. Currently, Moa serves as the General Manager - Service Operations and Head of Service CX at Mercury NZ since February 2023.
