Haruky Amitadewi has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Haruky started their career as a Flight Attendant at Saudi Airlines from November 2001 to November 2002. Haruky then worked as a Marketing & Public Relations personnel at GS FAME Institute of Business from August 2005 to February 2006. Haruky further developed their career as a Business Partner Services Executive at Cigna Indonesia from February 2007 to January 2011. Haruky performed operational activities, monitored production and billing, and created standard operating procedures and service level agreements. Haruky then joined AXA Mandiri Financial Services, where they held various roles including Contact Center Supervisor, Complaint Management, and Learning and Development from January 2011 to June 2015. In these positions, they managed daily activities, handled complaints, conducted investigations, and presented recommendations to management. After that, they worked as a Relationship Manager at Aegon Insights from June 2015 to June 2017, maintaining business relationships and monitoring campaign performance. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Care Center at BNI Life, where they manage operational activities, maintains relationships with internal and regional teams, monitors compliance, and presents monthly reports.

Pendirian BNI Life, sejalan dengan kebutuhan perusahaan induknya, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk atau BNI, untuk menyediakan layanan dan jasa keuangan terpadu bagi semua nasabahnya (one-stop financial services). Saat ini BNI Life telah hadir melalui 4 saluran distribusi yaitu Agency, Bancassurance, Employee Benefits dan Syariah. Agency dipasarkan melalui agen-agen yang memasarkan produk individu, sedangkan Bancassurance dipasarkan melalui jaringan BNI di seluruh Indonesia. Employee Benefits dikhususkan bagi produk-produk asuransi kumpulan ke perusahaan-perusahaan, sedangkan syariah memasarkan produk asuransi baik individu, ataupun kumpulan dengan prinsip syariah. Pada tanggal 11 Maret 2014, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) memberikan persetujuan perubahan kepemilikan saham PT BNI Life Insurance (”BNI Life”). Berdasarkan persetujuan tersebut pada tanggal 21 Maret 2014, BNI Life telah menyelenggarakan RUPSLB dengan agenda penerbitan saham baru sebanyak 120.279.633 lembar yang diambil seluruhnya oleh Sumitomo Life Insurance Company. Terhitung sejak tanggal 9 Mei 2014, BNI Life telah menjadi perusahaan asuransi kehidupan (jiwa) joint venture dengan PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk tetap menjadi pemegang saham pengendali sebesar 60,000000%; Sumitomo Life Insurance Company memiliki 39.999993%; 0.000003% dimiliki oleh Yayasan Kesejahteraan Karyawan (YKP) BNI dan 0,000003% dimiliki oleh Yayasan Danar Dana Swadharma (YDD).
