Roy Jones

Roy Jones is a contract expert with experience supporting various types of small businesses, including SDVOSB, Woman-Owned, 8(a), and HUB Zone in the commercial and government marketplaces. Roy's expertise includes contracts management, HR management/recruiting, project and program management. He negotiates and manages all contracts, subcontracts, GSA Federal Supply Schedules, GWACs, and various other agreement types.

Roy manages and maintains compliance with various government contracting-related regulations and monitors contract and task order compliance. He also provides oversight of human resources as well as quality management programs, such as ISO and CMMI. He is a member of the National Contracts Management Association, holding NCMA’s CPCM, CFCM, and CCCM certifications. He holds an MS in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University and a Master’s certificate in Government Contracting through The George Washington University School of Business.
