John Sum

John Sum, PMP, currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at BNP Associates, Inc. since March 2025. Previously, John held various roles at JFK International Air Terminal from October 2015 to March 2025, including Director and Senior Manager of Facilities, overseeing the maintenance of Terminal 4. John's experience also includes serving as a Property Manager for the Town of Lewisboro, New York, and as a Project Manager at BNP Associates from November 2002 to October 2015. John earned a B.S. in Computer Technology from Northeastern University and has been actively involved in the Parks and Recreation Advisory Council in Lewisboro.
