Jaroslaw Felczak

Jaroslaw Felczak has extensive experience in the banking industry. Jaroslaw began their career in 1996 at PKO Bank Polski, where they worked as a Banking Clerk in the Debt Recovery Department before progressing to the role of Head of Client Service for Individual clients. In 2001, they joined BNP Paribas S.A. Branch in Poland and held various positions including Head of Customer Desk, Deputy Head of Operations Department, and Head of Operations Department. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the Head of the Shared Service Center (European Payments Processing Center). In 2015, they moved to BNP Paribas Bank Polska as the Head of Business Development and Organization Line. In 2017, they became the CIB COO at BNP Paribas and later also took on the role of Senior Project Manager. In 2019, they transitioned to BNP Paribas Bank Polska as the Head of CIB Support and Business Development Department. Jaroslaw is currently the Chief of Staff and Deputy General Manager at BNP Paribas SA Branch in Poland.

Jaroslaw Felczak received their Master's Degree in Economics from Nicolaus Copernicus University from 1996 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained another Master's Degree in History from the same university from 1991 to 1996.
