Elena García Peña

Elena García Peña is an experienced Human Resources Business Partner currently working at BNP Paribas Cardif since January 2023, focusing on employee well-being and talent development. Prior to this role, Elena served as an HRBP at Nationale-Nederlanden España from February 2011 to January 2023, where responsibilities included acting as a liaison between business and HR expertise while enhancing various HR processes.
