Katia Sohn

Katia Sohn is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Transformation, People Engagement & Culture at BNP Paribas Cardif since January 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing Employee Experience, People Engagement, and sustainability initiatives as the HR Ambassador on ESG. Prior to this role, Katia held various positions within the BNP Paribas group, including Deputy Head of Group Digital and Microsoft 365 Group Programme Director, focusing on digital transformation and new ways of working. With a strong foundation in management control and strategic marketing from previous roles in Groupe Crédit du Nord, Katia has built a diverse career in HR transformation and organizational development. Educational qualifications include a certification in Data Science from Ecole Polytechnique Executive Education, alongside degrees in financial management and international economics from Université Paris Nanterre.
