Zouhir Oussama

Zouhir OUSSAMA has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Zouhir began their career as an Actuary Analyst at AXA in 2005. In 2006, they joined Sogeti as a Consultant Engineer. Zouhir then moved on to BNP Paribas Cardif in 2009, starting as an Assistant Project Manager before advancing to Project Manager and eventually becoming an International Project Manager. In 2018, Zouhir took on a new role as a Business and Executive Coach. Zouhir returned to BNP Paribas Cardif in 2016, where they held several positions, including Change Management and Culture Lead, Project Manager for Continuous Improvement Management, and Head of IT Communication & Change Management. In 2021, they became the Head of ETO Communication & Impact - Efficiency, Technology & Operations, and in 2023, they assumed the role of Head of ETO - Communication | Sustainability | Talent Management.

Zouhir OUSSAMA has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Université Côte d'Azur, which they obtained in 2003. Zouhir later pursued a Master's degree in Mathematics, Stochastic Modeling & Operations Research from Université de Bordeaux, completing it in 2004. In 2016, Zouhir enrolled in Grenoble Ecole de Management, where they obtained a BADGE in Build Customer Service Culture in 2017. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Business and Executive Coaching from LINKUP COACHING in 2018. Zouhir also holds certifications in areas such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Green IT & Numerique Responsable, and Executive & Business Coaching.
