Lucile Launay is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in the automotive financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing & Synergies for the Business Line Mobility at BNP Paribas Personal Finance since June 2020, Lucile coordinates a team of automotive experts to implement strategic marketing initiatives and enhance value propositions. Prior to this, Lucile held significant roles at Groupe Toyota France, including Project Manager for Toyota Fleet Mobility, where responsibilities included establishing the subsidiary and launching the KINTO ONE product. Lucile's background also includes a robust tenure at RCI Bank and Services, where key positions involved strategic project management, team leadership, and marketing product development. Lucile holds a DESS in Banking, Finance, and Insurance from Université Paris Nanterre.
