Shane Sterling

Shane Sterling is an experienced professional in customer insight and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Customer Insight at BNP Paribas Personal Finance since April 2018. Previously, Shane held the position of Customer Insight Manager and served as the Cards and Loans Analytics Manager at Bank of Ireland from December 2016 to March 2018. Prior to this, Shane worked at BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK in various roles, including Senior Customer Insight Analyst and Graduate Risk Analyst, accumulating a wealth of expertise in customer analysis and risk management. Shane began the career as an Undergraduate Risk/Marketing Analyst at BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting for Management from Aston Business School in 2013.
