Thomas Seleck

Thomas Seleck currently serves as the Head of Innovation and Data at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, focusing on driving AI strategy for business transformation and growth. With a history of strategic AI advisory and technical leadership at BNP Paribas, where Thomas worked as a Senior Data Scientist, and a background as a Data Scientist at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, Thomas has consistently led cross-functional initiatives to optimize business processes and enhance profitability through AI-driven solutions. Earlier career experience includes managing IT projects at CEA, where Thomas oversaw significant infrastructure upgrades. Thomas holds a "Mastère Spécialisé" in Data Science from ENSAE Paris and an Engineer’s Degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble.
