Emmanuelle Bury-Lucas serves as the Country Head for the United Kingdom at BNP Paribas, with a multifaceted role that includes Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Conduct & Control Officer for BNPP USA & Americas, focusing on embedding a conduct culture and enhancing non-financial risk controls. Since joining BNP Paribas Group in 2012, continued to advance through several strategic positions, including COO for Group ALM Treasury and CIB Belgium, overseeing project management, operational risks, and regulatory reporting.
