Hilde Mæland

Hilde Mæland is the current Head of HR for the Nordic Region at BNP Paribas. Prior to this, they served as an HR Manager for Think from January 2004 to December 2005, Computas AS from January 1997 to December 2003, and the Norwegian Film Institute from January 1996 to December 1997. Hilde began their career as an HR consultant for the Ministry of Children and Family Affairs in January 1995 and later moved to Brønnøysundregistrene in January 1994.

Hilde Mæland has a BSc in Management Science from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, a Master's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, and they are currently studying for a PhD in Psychology at the University of Oslo (UiO). Hilde has also attended Oslo Katedralskole.

Their manager is Kamal Aderibigbe, Vice President Human Resources - Lead HR Business Partner. They work with Isabelle MOIREZ - HR Director, Chrystelle Boutillier - Head of Group HR Communication, and Flavie Motte - Head of HR Ireland.
