Lionel Jezequel

Lionel Jezequel is an experienced financial services professional with a strong background in change management and collateral management. Currently serving as the Head of Change Management for OTC, Triparty Collateral Management and Principal Securities Lending at BNP Paribas since June 2022, Lionel oversees the Calypso Roadmap for Securities Services and manages a team of 16 business change managers. Previous roles include Head of Collateral Access Business Change Management and Functional Lead at BNP Paribas Securities Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Triparty platform roadmap and business change management across multiple services. Lionel's earlier experience includes consulting roles at Investance and Altran CIS, as well as project management and analytical positions at State Street and Société Générale, contributing to significant projects involving system migrations and operational optimizations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Market Finance and Banking from NEOMA Business School and an MBA from Curtin University.
