Nikola Kesar

Nikola Kesar, SPHR, currently serves as Vice President and HR Business Partner at BNP Paribas since May 2020. Prior to this role, Nikola held multiple positions at Macy's from June 2013 to February 2020, including Director of Workforce Management, Talent Manager, and various managerial roles in Human Resources. Nikola's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, as well as participation in an International Student Exchange Program at UNSW and studies at Baruch College.
