Pascal Nguyen Phuoc Vong

Pascal Nguyen Phuoc Vong currently serves as Global CTO Cardif at BNP Paribas since May 2022. Previously, Pascal held multiple leadership roles at HSBC from July 2001 to April 2022, including Wealth Personal Banking CIO for Europe, where oversight extended over six markets, and leading significant IT modernization and infrastructure initiatives in France and Europe. Pascal's extensive experience in the Global Banking & Markets sector included roles such as Global Head of Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives IT Support, managing teams across multiple regions, and serving as an IT application owner and developer for front office applications. Prior to HSBC, Pascal was an IT Developer and Project Manager at Caisses des Dépôts et Consignations from November 1998 to June 2001, focusing on Asset and Liability Management. Educational background includes a degree in engineering with a specialization in fluid mechanics from ISTIL - University Claude Bernard Lyon I, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
