Shilan Dashti

Shilan Dashti is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Project Manager in the Global Markets, COO Office Cross-Asset at BNP Paribas since December 2014. In this role, Shilan Dashti manages methodologies for Independent Price Verification (IPV) and reserves for various credit products while also developing automated tools to enhance valuation control frameworks. Prior to this, Shilan Dashti co-founded Doboz Software, a data systems solution company, and worked as a consultant at Hiram Finance, specializing in market finance and risk control. Early career experiences include roles as a Quantitative Research Analyst at La Banque Postale and a Quantitative Researcher at Société Générale, along with an academic background featuring an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School and master's degrees in quantitative finance and mathematics from prestigious institutions in Paris.
