Sophie Heller

Sophie Heller is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in banking and marketing. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Group BNP Paribas CPBS and for Retail Banking & Services since May 2016, Sophie focuses on retail strategy, digital transformation, revenue growth, and enhancing customer experience. Previously, Sophie held prominent roles at ING Direct France, including Head of Retail Banking and VP Marketing & Communication. Earlier career highlights include Chief Marketing Officer positions at Mediatis - LaSer Group and Equilon - LaSer Group, along with leadership roles at JAKALA and Consodata Italy. Sophie began her career as a consultant at Bain & Company.
