Xavier Lapie

Xavier Lapie serves as the Head of Innovation & Acceleration at BNP Paribas, where leadership encompasses venture building, proof of concepts, strategic design, open innovation, and fostering a culture of creativity within the Commercial & Personal Banking division in France. Previously, Xavier directed the BivwAk! innovation and co-working hub, promoting transformation and innovation among over 300 participants. Prior roles include overseeing international retail banking transformations in non-Euro markets, advancing retail banking restructuring at Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank, and managing significant projects in BNP Paribas aimed at developing mass retail banking in emerging markets. Education includes an Engineering Degree in Information Systems from Université de Technologie de Troyes and a Scientific Baccalaureat from Lycée Marcel Roby.
