Carlton Vaz is an accomplished cybersecurity and solution architect with extensive experience in driving security initiatives and technological innovations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as SVP of Cybersecurity and Cloud Security Architecture at BNY Mellon, Carlton has championed a robust security culture while ensuring compliance with critical regulations. Previously, as VP at Santander Bank, Carlton led the architecture and delivery of scalable global payment systems. With a history of successful technology transitions and high-performance team management at Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge and UMass Medical School, Carlton possesses a strong foundation in software development and data architecture. Carlton holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Technological Innovation from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a master's degree in Computer Science from UMass Boston, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
