Colleen Lima

Colleen Lima is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Vice President & Counsel for Regulatory Enforcement & Investigations at BNY since April 2021. Prior to this role, Colleen was a Senior Associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP from May 2012 to April 2021, where involvement included litigation and white collar defense practices. Colleen began legal career as an Associate and Summer Associate at the same firm and conducted research as a Research Assistant for Professor Theresa Gabaldon at George Washington University Law School, focusing on securities regulation. Colleen also gained experience as a Legal Intern with the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division. Colleen holds a J.D. from George Washington University Law School and a BSFS in International Affairs from Georgetown University.
