Dafna Alsheh

Dafna Alsheh is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in product management, design, and user experience. Currently serving as the Global Head of Workplace Experience and Digital Transformation and Experience Lead at BNY since October 2022, Dafna previously held various leadership roles at Unqork, including SVP of Product, where responsibilities encompassed leading a team of over 50 in product management and design, and significantly expanding the User Research team. Prior experience includes UX Design roles at Cake & Arrow and as a Freelance UX Designer, as well as teaching User Experience disciplines at General Assembly. Dafna's career began in operations management at IceStone, LLC, where effective strategies led to substantial cost savings. Dafna earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies, Community Development, and Applied Economics from the University of Vermont.
