Duke Heger

Duke Heger serves as Senior Vice President of ETF Operations at BNY, managing a team of 10 accountants and overseeing 122 funds with assets exceeding $211 billion since 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure at TCW from 2008 to 2024 as Managing Director, where Duke led accounting teams to improve account servicing and facilitated the transition of around 50 accounts to a new outsourced administrator. Additionally, Duke held the position of Senior Vice President at TCW, managing a diverse portfolio and contributing to the development of proprietary reporting and onboarding platforms. Earlier roles include Senior Manager at Western Asset Management, focusing on cash management for global operations, and prior Vice President positions at BNY and TCW, complemented by accounting experience at Public Storage. Duke holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University.
