Madiha Sattar

Madiha Sattar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and transformation across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Transformation and VP of Careem Pay at Careem, Madiha has been instrumental in launching the fintech arm and developing the Careem Super App. Additional roles include Senior Director positions in Mobility of Things, where marketplace delivery products were launched, and the Dubai Future Fellow, providing strategic insights for the city’s future. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Moby Group, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Dawn Media Group, Lehman Brothers, McKinsey & Company, and Goldman Sachs. Madiha holds a Bachelor of Arts in History & Literature from Harvard University.
