Marco Marsman

Marco Marsman is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in financial and regulatory environments. Currently serving as Compliance Manager for BNY Mellon in Amsterdam and Copenhagen since February 2016, Marco provides compliance and regulatory advice while acting as a liaison for supervisory authorities. Prior roles include Compliance Manager for Citco Nederland B.V. from January 2006 to February 2016, overseeing compliance teams in Europe and Asia, and Account Manager at FTC Trust, managing a trust client portfolio. Earlier career experiences include serving as Corporate Legal Counsel for TNT and Contract Manager at KPN. Marco holds a Master's degree in Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Management Economics and Law from HES Amsterdam, complemented by professional certifications as a Certified Compliance Officer and in Company Law.
