Mark Kieran has extensive experience in client service and operations within the financial sector. As the Head of Markets Operations Client Service at BNY since April 2022, Mark leads initiatives to enhance client experiences. Prior to this role, Mark spent nearly 18 years at Brown Brothers Harriman, serving in various positions, including Head of Client Service & Relationship Management for Currency Administration, Senior Vice President, and Client Service Manager. Additional experience includes a position as Fund Accounting Manager at PNC (PFPC International (Dublin) Ltd) and several roles at J.P. Morgan, culminating as Assistant Treasurer in Fund Accounting. Mark holds a degree from the University of Limerick.
