Michelle Hau

Michelle Hau is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Manager at both BNY Mellon since December 2019 and CIBC Mellon since June 2017, Michelle has honed expertise in client service operations during a previous tenure at State Street from June 2007 to June 2015, where roles included Manager of Client Service Operations and Team Leader. Educationally, Michelle Hau holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from McMaster University, obtained between 2004 and 2009.
