Sue Ridgway

Sue Ridgway, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief of Staff for HR in BNY Mellon's Investment Management Division since June 2016. Prior to this, Sue held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at BNY Mellon | Pershing from February 2004 to May 2016. Earlier career roles include Operations & Client Service Manager at Meridian Capital Partners, Inc. and Financial Advisor Sales Assistant at SALOMON SMITH BARNEY, with initial experience as a Sales Assistant at Prudential Securities. Sue Ridgway is an alumnus of Penn State University.
