Alvaro Aldana Mesa

Alvaro Aldana Mesa has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Alvaro currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Bolt Learning SL since 2024. Prior to this, Alvaro held various roles at BNZSA, starting as a Management Trainee in 2003 and progressing to become a Project Manager, Head of onboarding, and finally the Head of Learning and Development.
