Ralph Shale

Ralph Shale has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ralph is currently working as a Part-time CFO for The CFO Centre, providing financial leadership and guidance to ambitious companies looking for growth. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at BOA Hydraulics, overseeing the company's core services and operations. Ralph also has experience as the Managing Director of I Grow New Zealand Limited, where they provided corporate advisory services to high growth businesses. Additionally, they co-founded AX3 Tech, served as a Director at HZFT New Zealand Limited, and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at E Payments Limited. Ralph also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Staah.com, where they played a pivotal role in strategic projects and achieving substantial revenue growth. Furthermore, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Rocket Lab, assisting the company with funding and commercialization efforts. Ralph Shale began their education at Howick College from 1976 to 1980. Ralph completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) with a major in accounting from The University of Auckland between 1981 and 1983. Later, Ralph pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School, graduating in 1995.
