Jair Santiago

Jair Santiago has extensive work experience in various industries and positions. Jair is currently the Head of Business Development - Insurance Vertical at Boa Vista, where they are responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy within the insurance sector.

Prior to their current role, Jair held positions at Upstream, where they served as Product and Innovation Director - Core MNO and Mobile Identification, and Wooza Ventures, where they were a Board member and Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Jair also worked as the Chief Innovation Officer at SalaryFits and as the Growth and Customer Success Director at Allied Brazil.

Jair's earlier experience includes roles at MetLife, Telefônica Brasil, FEA angels, Force Clube de Ciclismo, and BNY Mellon. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, implemented innovative solutions, and fostered strategic partnerships.

Jair Santiago holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategy from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, from 1997 to 2001.
